Summers - President |

As
President, Mr. Summers oversees all aspects of
the Company including, growth and expansion initiatives,
strategic planning, development and client relations.
Before taking over National Parking & Valet,
Mr. Summers spent time on Capital Hill with the
Senate Budget Committee and in the financial services
Industry with Fisher Investments.
Mr.
Summers is a graduate of Indiana University, Kelly
School of Business. |

| Nicholas
Cina - General Manager |
 |
As
General Manager, Mr. Cina is responsible for overseeing
all accounts, conducting financial analysis, analyzing
budgets, and reviewing operation procedures. Prior
to joining National Parking & Valet, Mr. Cina
was the Production Controller for Northrop Grumman
and prior to that was the Senior Area Coordinator
for the University of Pacific Housing office where
he was in charge of over 700 residents.
Mr. Cina received his undergraduate degree in
Accounting and a Masters of Education in Counseling
from Clemson University. |

| Robert
Rosenthal - Legal |
 |
Mr.
Rosenthal oversees all legal issues pertaining to
set up and management of contracts. Mr. Rosenthal
has been practicing law since 1975 and is a member
of The California State Bar Association and ABA.
He was also the past President of the Monterey County
Bar Association (1981) and has been a board member
of the United Way, The Monterey Junior Golf Association,
and was elected to the Monterey Peninsula Unified
School District Board of Trustees (1994).
Mr. Rosenthal is graduate of the University of Pacific
McGeorge School of Law. |

Cohen - Accounting |
 |
Mr.
Cohen oversees the accounting for National Parking
& Valet. Mr. Cohen has been a licensed CA CPA
since 1983 and is a member in good standing with
the California Society of CPA's (CalCPA) and the
American Institute of CPA's (AICPA). Mr. Cohen is
the past President of the Monterey Peninsula Host
Lions, and a past board member of the United Way,
and the Cannery Row Foundation.
Mr. Cohen graduated with honors from the University
of Arizona with a degree in business administration.
